Hello Kitty Sweets (Taipei) Part 3 : Cuteness Everywhere…
No matter where you were in the restaurant, you were completely surrounded by the big Hello Kitty smiles, on the table, the chairs, the sofa, the wall, the culinary, as well as the windows. As a themed Café, every corner of Hello Kitty Sweets were decorated with Kitty ornaments, logos, ribbons, posts and picture. The Hello Kitty Sweets Café paid a lot of attention to arrange a relaxed Hello Kitty atmosphere. The combination of pink and crème colored walls matched my Hello Kitty world fantasy.

Above the pink booth next to the windows were small chandeliers of typical European style. So romantic ! Take a close look, did u see the Hello Kitty playing on the chandeliers.

Right next to the Hello Kitty Bar was the working area for decorating cakes. Behind a big glass, I could watch how the chef finalized the setting of plates or made the Kitty faces with green tea powder.
He was making some chocolate cakes and mango cakes… although I didn’t find them in the teatime menu and the display counter (see Part 4)…

Shortly after I returned to my seat, the nice waitress came with drink in hand. Btw did you notice the apron of the Hello Kitty Sweets Café waitress? It must be exclusive for this Café. Wish I could get one !
There is one only thing I was disappointed: in the whole Hello Kitty Sweets Café there were not any Hello Kitty standing figures where you could pose with and take pictures with for memory. I have to admit that other themed restaurant such as the Charlie Brown Café in Hong Kong did a better job.
Sit there for about half an hour, probably it’s getting to dinner time (many young couples heading already for dinner), the Hello Kitty Sweets Café quickly filled up with guests. I decided to leave and of course take photos of those cakes I missed in the display counters next to the entrance…
