Besides cakes and drinks, they also provide salad, spaghetti, burger, baked rice, pizza as well as steaks. I definitely have to come back and try lunch or dinner one day since the Hello Kitty Sweets Café offers a complete set. n_n

Additional Advices

1.) Although I was lucky, I would recommend making reservations. In case you want to try your luck, try to arrive before the busy lunch and /or dinner time.
2.) In case you don’t speak Chinese ask your concierge at the hotel to write down the address in Chinese (so you can show the cab driver).
3.) Be prepared to walk a few minutes if you decide to take the MRT (subway) to the Hello Kitty Sweets Café (as a good landmark / navigation point: the Japanese SOGO Department store is close by). The closet MRT station is Zhongxiao Fuxing (take exit 5).
4.) Last but not least, try to sample some desserts – no matter if you are there for lunch or dinner…it’s worthwhile! And if you can’t get a seat, why not go to SOGO’s deli section at the Zhongxiao Fuxing station? You are able to get the same cakes for the same price.
