Insider the box you would find three layers of trays, three silver pods (stands) as well as one only-in-Chinese instruction. All the trays were designed as the shape of Kitty’s head.

Assembling the Bottom Layer of My Dessert Tray
All the trays and screwed pods were hard plastic. I needed to be a little more careful not to break the pods when assembling…

Assembling the Middle Layer of My Dessert Tray
When I assembled the second layer, the problem of the design revealed…If you wanted to screw the pod tightly, the two layers of Hello Kitty heads were misplaced and couldn’t point to the same position. It made the tray look a little bit weird. However, if you made them toward the same position by force, you might break the screw of the pods… O_o

Assembled Dessert Tray of 7-Eleven Hello Kitty Sweet Delight
Finally finished installing all the layers. Did you see the Hello Kitty ribbon of the top stand couldn’t be parallel to the Hello Kitty head and there was an about 45 degree angle? It looked very strange to me. But the stand was screwed very tightly, I couldn’t make it any tighter otherwise the stand would break. But if I loosened 1/8 turn, the top tray would be too loose to collapse. I guess it is either a quality flaw or the design weakness. So I had to accept what it was. Don’t worry! My Kerokerokeroppi still looks great on it, doesn’t him?
My Little Opinions:
This Hello Kitty Dessert Tray costs HKD 128 and it is completely hard plastic. I was quite unhappy about the design flaws at the beginning and even felt it wasn’t worth the money. But finally I have to admit the Hello Kitty Sweet Delight figurines look really great on the trays, no matter in terms of cuteness, style matching or colors.
There’s more. Since I haven’t have the full collection of this Hello Kitty Sweet Delight yet, I put my Hello Kitty x tokidoki collections on the tray now. It still looks perfect…
So if you also love the tray and have chance to get one, ignore the price, ignore the quality, just get one and have fun!
